My cards came individually sleeved, and they had outer sleeves as well. 4 sleeved cards per outer sleeve. The cards were placed in a huge top loader sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard. The cards came in new condition. I highly recommend this seller! I already bought from this seller 4 times.
