However when I received it, there were bent pins in the CPU socket that caused it not to work with several memory slots. I reached out to the seller who definitely worked to quickly initiate a return. Because the seller had the item well packaged, it was clean, and overall was a needed replacement, I re-rodered another board from him no questions asked. Great seller!

I was able to contact seller and was told to open a return. So I can send the bad drive back and get my refund. Thank you to the seller for understanding that things does happen. Great price for a used laptop and works perfectly for my use as a school laptop. Battery in good condition as well. Great seller, I will do business again with RAKI Computers.
