  The price and quality are very decent, I’m very happy with the product once I cleaned all the pieces. Communication was in German, very little information. Delivery time and shipping cost were very bad, even for something shipped from overseas. Still total cost was worth it but Maybe not much with this vendor but still, I wish vendors would not mislead with a low price and very high shipping cost. It is obvious they don’t pay that for shipping, I hate that practice.

  There wasn't any communication at all. The listing itself was in german (you bought in Germany, what did you expect?), and the pictures were in high resolution. You bought an item which was over 5kg, of course the shipping around the world from Europe to the US was very expensive (and on top of that you have to pay VAT and customs fees). Before accusing the vendor of "missleading" you you maybe should check what real prices for such packages are. I promise, it will be eyeopening to you.

  The description of this item said there were only a few non-essential pieces missing, but there ended up being more pieces missing than the seller realized. I contacted the seller who was very nice and helpful. The seller did his best to figure out what happened to the missing pieces and refunded part of the purchase price to make up for the missing pieces. A good seller to deal with.
