This is obviously not what I wanted. Nobody would want this! How could you even sell a proof coin set with a nasty- looking coin like this? The mint marks on these coins look like they are pasted on. Also there is debris INSIDE of the coin capsules, particularly the Washington Quarter Dollar coin. It looks like either paper or Styrofoam in there. There are all kinds of white flecks inside
