  First of all the product arrives on time, secondly the product was well packaged, even if the delivery guy handled it roughly, it would not get damaged. The technician guy got it installed in minutes, then he ran in a little bit of issue as the code in the book didn't work, but I reached out to the seller and he responded immediately and we got it to work, the screen looks and works so good, even my son who has a 2025 M3 was impressed. The seller, I definitely will be buying from them again.

  Great item. There was a slight issue with communication. And the time difference. Very helpful, always trying to find a solution but there was a language barrier. The product came new and as described. I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend this seller. But if you do have any issues, it'll take time and patience. But this seller is always trying to help. A credit to ebay!!! A+++++

  Arrived quickly, well packaged, and new in box, after Seller verified which version radio I needed. Had a 5 pin for the backup camera, but some time with google helped me figure out where to correctly put things in the 28 pin to get the backup camera working good. Seller was very helpful with questions i did ask about, but you don't learn if you need the 28pin or 5 pin camera until after you've removed the radio. not a huge issue for me, but something others will want to check prior to ordering.
