I can confirm that the valve cover comes with gaskets, new oil cap and bolts. I didn't see a breather hose in the box but I may have missed it. I already have new one anyway so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Although the small bag of bolts was cut (could have been customs since this was shipped from US to overseas) all of the bolts were in the box, there was actually an extra bolt. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also included a Crankcase Vent Hose which is not even mentioned on the eBay listing and is worth at least an additional $20, so even though I don't need it, it's nice to have.
