Great Value and Good Looking Case
I was looking for an inexpensive hard shell case for my new mandolin. This fits the bill! I'm not a pro and I don't travel a lot with my mandolin, so I don't need a heavy duty case. This will work to protect my instrument from bumps and dings...at least while it's in the case. This is a solid case with a great fit for F-style mandolins.

Neck Rest is Too High
The neck rest prevents the case from fitting common F style mandolins such as Washburn M108 and Gretsch G9350. You have to remove the screws and nails to remove the neck rest. The mandolin headstock then touches the bottom of the case so it can be closed.
