Contacted seller and was told to contact the post office. Post office says the item was damaged due to lack of packing materials and the thin box and only a small amount of bubble wrap. No packing peanuts, no separate wrapping of the controller to prevent damage. The package was triple bubble wrapped and double boxed-not poorly wrapped and fully insured. The buyer did not ask for a return, refund or discount and waited one month after delivery to post negative feedback.
