Very sturdy, large and great quality box and the “expensive” kind of bubble wrap. The item was in better shape than as described. I would definitely buy from queencityhobbies again, they take selling seriously and respect their customers. The game was already a heck of a deal so getting great service on top of that was wonderful!! A++++

Their description was spot on and I was able to confirm the reason for it not working. I have ordered replacement parts and I think I will be able to fix it =) I'm extremely satisfied, good value, packaged well, matches description, would do business again!

Packaging was nice each of them were in their own box with it each own remote. It was pretty much as described they already took one of the batteries out for me which helped. It was worth the shipping and value value
