All of the buttons are fully functional, and the furniture of the 2DS console is in great condition! Not only that, but they sent a docking station and 2 physical games as well. Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and Rune Factory 4 for free. I've always wanted this console and I am extremely pleased with my purchase! There are some very minor scratches and nicks on the console, however, both screens are in perfect condition!

After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.
