Communication with the seller has been good and I ve been offered a full refund. They ve also said I don t need to send them back, which is very good of them. Overall not the best experience initially, but the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I love everything about it and feel that it was very good value for money. The trader experienced delays importing the kilt - good old customs - but he kept me informed and up to date with progress which is exactly what should be expected. Other than this minor hitch, everything else went really smoothly and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending this trader.

I don't think this is adequate, as anybody can open & close as they please.
