Unless the box is intentionally abused or crashed, the trims inside won't be bent or broken. The Buyer only sent us one photo showing one broken trim. We noticed a possible sign of prior installation on that broken trim. We will be happy to replace a damaged product if the Buyer can prove the damaged during the delivery.
