Bio360 Probiotics (60 Billion ut.)
These Bio360 Probiotics are great for folks who have "light" stomachs and cannot take other manufacturers of probiotics. I have an issue with taking other manufacturers over "1 billion units" of benifical bacteria, but Bio360 doesn't seem to mess with my gut at all (and it definitely helps with my digestion). Better than most Probiotics !
I suffered for 2 years with stomach issues because I had only bad gut flora and found out about this probiotic ! I have been taking it for 5 weeks now and after the first 3 days I had already started to feel better. No more problematic bowel movements, no more stomach cramps !
