Okay if finances are thin
I bought this ramp because I need it in order to get my power wheelchair in and out of the house. This particular ramp appealed to me because after the thousands of dollars spent to obtain the chair itself, all the medications I have to take, associated medical care expenses, and normal life expenses, all while waiting on the social security administration to take their sweet time deciding my claim... money is tight. The listing for this product showed it to have a 600lb weight capacity, which I would assume to mean that the ramp can safely hold up to that amount with regular use. Upon first receiving the ramp, and placing it where I needed it to go, I found that it does not feel entirely stable, and has a considerable amount of flex to it with even the weight of a person standing on it who weighs less than half of the advertised capacity. This is not terribly confidence inspiring when you consider that it will not only be needing to ensure my safety, but also prevent damage to a wheelchair that would cost over $20,000.00 to replace. The overall appearance of the ramp is quite nice, the portable nature of it is great, and the textured surface is a nice touch as well. So far, the ramp does work, but gives a similar sensation as walking across a long swinging bridge. Fortunately, because of the nature of my medical condition, it is not something that I am required to use daily as there are days when I can walk and I prefer to do so when I can. I would say that this ramp is a viable option for someone who is on an extremely thin budget. Based upon my experiences and observations so far, I would say that it is probably best if the person using it is as thin as their budget to minimize the load this ramp is required to support. If, and when my finances will allow me to, I will be replacing this ramp with a more sturdy, more permanent option that leaves me feeling more secure. Pros for this ramp are: * Price * Appearance * Portability The only real con that I can see is that it does not appear to be quite as sturdy as I was hoping for based upon the advertised weight limit.

Solid and useful
Heavy duty construction makes this ramp look and feel dependable. It folds to a manageable size for storage (in my van) and the length (7') makes an incline which is not too steep for loading heavier things. The non-slip tread is a great plus.

Better Than Picking It Up
Makes it nice to push a scooter up and down instead of having to pick it up. Still a little heavy to move around. Had to get the extension to help with the angle when loading. The scooter gets stuck. This was a good value buy. I would get it again.
