    Full of Yummmm! ! !

    This book has so many interesting and YUMMY-sounding recipes. Perfect for someone who's interested in trying recipes from various countries. From what I've seen, the majority of the ingredients are easy to acquire. Many may already be in your pantry. ALSO, you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy the recipes. I actually purchased this book for my daughter. However, I've already purchased one for myself as well. I say, get the book, pick a few interesting recipes, and GO FOR IT! ! !

    The bible of international vegetarian cooking!

    Love this book enough to give my almost-pristine-condition copy to a vegetarian cousin, and order this used one for my own use. The book edges are a bit dinged, but it's otherwise in great shape. The content is wonderful: highly recommend for vegetarians with adventurous palaates.

    Lots of tasty and creative veggie recipes

    i've already made a few recipes from this cookbook, and all have turned out wonderfully. instructions are easy to understand and recipes for the most part are not too complicated. madhur jeffrey has written a winner!
