That was where I assumed some of the hardware bolts and nuts must have fallen out. I contacted the E-Bay seller and he said to send pictures, unfortunately I had already ripped the rest of the box up. I did check to see if the missing hardware was scattered around in the box but it was not there. I just decided to replace the nuts.

The seller's ad implies wiring instructions are included. Two of the pictures in the sellers ad show wiring instructions. When contacted, the seller wanted pictures. I said to look at your ad! The seller said they would e-mail the wiring instructions. The seller then said I need to find the wiring instructions on line. Getting a package of parts is kind of like assembling a jigsaw puzzle w/o a picture! Buyer beware!
