All seller says is call the company I bought them for they will give you replacements. I want full refund of nearly $200 from the EBay seller. They are defective he can get his refund from the company he bought them from. Batteries should last longer than 15 minutes. My remote control car was demolished and melted. But none the less the batteries would still be under warranty but the buyer refused to contact Horizon Hobby who would be able to send out new batteries to him.

It came in its factory box, and it was packaged in a 2nd layer of cardboard outside of that. It was brand-new as described, with all bags and stickers sealed. Price was fair for what it is.
