    Delivery was fast and the price was good. There was a mixup in shipping between the item I purchased and an item another customer purchased. Contacted the seller and explained what I received, they were very helpful and determined to make it right. Communication between us was very good. A full refund was offered after recovering the item or they could send the item I originally purchased after recovery. I ended up with a refund and shipped the item back with no additional cost.

    There was a problem with my order, it was taking longer to be delivered than promised. I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day. I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later. Nice customer service, and a great tool. Thank you!

    Best flashlight holder for duty belts, but requires modification first!

    Gotta agree with the other reviews. Rock-solid construction and grips the flashlight well. Won't drop out during a fight. BUT, like the others, the mounting clip is worthless on a duty belt. The entire holster falls off because the clip doesn't grip the lower edge of the belt. I simply drilled a hole through the lower tab of the clip, into the body of the holder. I used a 2-piece "Chicago fastener" and had it installed on my belt in about a half-hour. Ain't moving now!

    Good and simple

    Only negative which isn’t the sellers fault obviously is it doesn’t have a belt loop just a clip so if you get in fights a lot (LEO) it may come off during the scuffle. But the light stays in and other lights fit as well

    Nice holder; belt clip is flimsy garbage.

    The overall look and retention of this holder is sturdy and fits my Streamlight Strion LED securely. The belt clip is flimsy and will not clip onto a thick belt such as a duty belt. It might work on a TAC-vest or MOLLE gear ok, but I'm afraid under severe use you'll be missing your high-dollar flashlight and the sturdy holding mechanism but you have that flimsy clip to remind you...

    Excellent Holder

    This is a very good holder. The only issue I have is that it comes off the belt to easily. To remedy that I just used black electrical tape. Besides that the holder is great. The flashlight stays put in it.

    Works beautifully

    Very solid holster, working in the automotive field, its very handy to have, and the plastic wont scratch or catch interiors. I have also found its nice to have off the clock, never realized now nice it is to have a flashlight on my body all the time now
