Looks good but.....
Works functionally about as well as similar compensators that cost 1/4 the price and it isn't counter bored deep enough to work with most standard threaded barrels that are made to provide clearance in front of the slide for large compensators or other barrel devices that might interfere with guide rod operation during the recoil cycle. Out of the package, it left a 3/16" gap between the front of the slide and the compensator when threaded onto the barrel as far as it would go. In order to get rid of the gap, I had to drill the counter bore deeper to allow the compensator to screw on to the barrel far enough to butt up against the front of the slide far enough to not leave a huge gap between the slide face and the back of the comp. Might not have those issues with ZEV Tech slides and matching barrels but doesn't work well with just anything that has 1/2x28 threads without custom fitting it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Over priced quality item
Nice look and feel but does not function better or even as well as the $20 unit I purchased. Zev chose form over function hoping that their name and reputation would carry the product. When testing this comp we found that it provided very little recoil relief and less than the 3 other, less expensive, units we were trying. The product is nicely made and looks good on my Glock but not worth the money on any scale. If you just have to have the Zev logo then buy it, but everyone that sees it on your weapon will know you over paid for a product that under performs. I own a lot of Zev product and have been happy with most, but this comp is disappointing to say the least. Nicely made and functional

Flush problem

Better than agency 417

Great Product
