When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, they lied and told me “it is what it is.” Totally dishonest, zero responsibility, and very rude. Avoid this seller at all costs – they sell junk, refuse returns, and waste your time and money. eBay should not allow sellers like this on the platform. whats the point of selling the latch with main component missing !!!!
