The packaging was phenomenal and since the first item was not working right he sent me another one. We were in constant communication and I am very impressed with his wanting to do right by me. I now am a happy owner of my new iq air purifier. So if you want a good seller who is willing to work with you no matter what and is easy to work with you can't go wrong with John. Prices are reasonable as well.
