Great Product!!!
I purchased this as a second hub to my home. One downstairs and now this one upstairs. Really simplifies the process and allows you to get rid of ALL those other remotes. The Good: Programs very easy, The RF allows you to control the devices not in line of sight, One touch does all the work, very customizable, I would highly recommend this to anyone. The Bad: The only CON I have is that this latest unit does not have as good a display setup as newer models even though the firmware has been updated. Also, when working with smart TV's, it sometimes lags on changing the inputs from component to HDMI. Any program delays can only happen after a device is turned on. This may very well be a user issue.

Best Univeral remote I have ever had
I was a little hesitant having tried a Home Hub (purchased directly from Logitech) which had flakey connection to the app and non-functioning Bluetooth. However, this remote is amazing the app is working much better with the hub than my previous experience. There wasn't a lot of selection to meet my needs in my price range, with this being at the top of the range, but I have no regrets. Easy to program. Easy to use and works flawlessly everytime (except for one device setting that I still need to correct). I've used many universal remotes, including the 1000 (full touch screen), 880 and others. This is far superior.

No Lag and Great features!
This remote is absolutely amazing. The most important feature to me was no-lag with the RF system and I'm happy to report there's zero lag or delay even at the default settings. This remote has great range as well as a lot of great features and it feels great in the hand too. Some complained about the transport buttons being at the top of the remote but the way it's designed there's another grip area when you move your hands up that works just fine.

I am so impressed with this remote
It's a little pricey, but this is the best remote control I have used. I bought it to replace a very expensive remote from Universal Remote Control. There aren't too many "closed cabinet" remotes, so this was a great find. If you want the closed cabinet function, beware of sellers that don't include the hub part - that is needed. The remote is easy to program (software walks you through the process), and so simple to use with the touch screen. I thought the limited number of buttons (compare this to a DirecTV remote) would limit the function, but no - everything is there. I'm going to buy another for the family room!

Great product for multiple devices
Super easy set-up on line and thereafter a 1 minute job to add devices. Intuitive, and other than a bit of fine tuning has worked great so far. Time will tell if hardware build quality will equal software design. Also, great tech phone support with an incredibly patient agent!

Takes a bit to understand how to program
At first, I thought this was a decent remote, because it turned everything on and to the right inputs. I really fell in love with the remote after I figured out how to keep the TV on and switch inputs with activities! I found out that you have to go into each device and "Keep it turned on", this option allows you to make activities with changing inputs and devices without having to turn your TV back on or changing things manually. After this option was figured out, this became the best remote I've ever used. My wife hated our complicated system before this remote, now she touches one button to turn everything on and another button to change to the FireTV or PS4. I can't express how much I love this remote. Btw, those that say that the screen is outdated and the touch is not reactive enough...I honestly don't know what they are talking about. My remote responds and has awesome response with both the screen and IR. Again, take the time to program it, learn it, and you will be beyond happy with your purchase. FYI, the PS4 does not turn on with this remote, even with the blutooth, Sony has blocked that capability. The only way to accomplish the PS4 turning on and off is through HDMI-CEC. I can control my PS4 menu with the remote, but I just use the PS4 controller to browse through. Everything else works like a charm. I would use my HDMI-CEC, but my TWC cable box has broken that capability...which is a shame, but that issue led me to this great remote.

Excellent Remote with outstanding features
This appears to be an excellent remote for controlling major entrainment devices. It will require some use before I can truely say that it meets all my expectations but just out the box it a winner. Previously owned a Monster Remote which was best RF remote I had ever used but this one is on the same level and might be better once I become totally familiar with its many elements. A little pricey, but maybe worth it in long run

More than a Remote
I've used multiple universal remote controls. The Logitech Ultimate is very easy to use and program. The Logitech team has included the latest components in its vast array of component lists. I've been able to reduce 5 different components to one remote! It is also compatible with Nest and Echo.

Did the job!
I have apple TVs placed behind my TV & components in a separate cabinet. This remote, with hub, works great. I can control everything & my girlfriend is happy she simply has to touch "play music", or "watch apple TV", or "watch directv", etc... Yes, it takes a bit of getting used to ... but after an hour or so of playing with the device and syncing it through the harmony ap - it started to work flawlessly. I have not opened my stereo cabinet to switch settings once this remote was programmed.

Great remote
I love this remote. Very easy to program and to use. I love the favorite channels,but I was scared that it didn't have a number pad to go directly to the channel I want to see. It has everything you could want and more.
