I’m happy with mine
Great addition to my cookware collection. I really like the non-stick coating in this “can”. I’ve had one of the original can cookers for several years and know how great they are. A pot with a purpose...
I was very excited about this product but clearly didn't understand how the device worked and when you would need one... Please know that this pot is not a pressure cooker although it operates with steam to cook the food. Also, you should understand that this is designed for outdoorsmen and used for cooking large amounts of food at once. I am thankful I purchased the the 2 gallon version. Even this is an overkill for most people. The product arrived on time and pretty much as described. I was under the impression that the product included a carrying pouch... no pouch. The packaging was a bit disheveled when I received it and basically fell apart on me. When I inspected the pot, I discovered that it had somehow been damaged leaving a small dent in the bottom corner. Of course it doesn't affect usability, but it was certainly disappointing to see the dent. If you are planning on outdoor cooking over a fire or plan on feeding a lot of people then you will benefit from this pot. It is designed for rustic environments and meals where you throw everything in it at once. Certainly not everybody's style of eating. Overall, I like the pot. I don't like the dent in the pot. I didn't like not receiving a bag to carry it in or the way the packaging appeared when I received it. However, if you are cooking for a crowd and you want to use it combining meats and vegetables for stews and soups, this will certainly be a useful pot.

Love to cook with this product.
I had to de-burr the aluminum vent hole and clean out aluminum metal shavings inside the cooker prior to using it but it works very well that's why I'm giving it 4 start We load this pot up from time to time and within 40 minutes we have perfect cooked vegetables and meat. This would be great to take to a friends house, fill it ahead of time, take it along and cook in their home. Great little cooker !!!

Great little cooker

Works like a dream.

not clean
This not about the prduct as it worked pretty good. Not sure if it said used but not actually the problem.As it was not properly cleaned. Bottom stained bad. I Love my CanCooker!
I took a pork roast that was 3/4 of the way frozen and i browned it and put it in my CanCooker with some beef broth and the drippings from browning the roast and put it in my CanCooker for 2 hours. After 2 it was fully cooked. I added the vegetables and put it on for about another hour. So in about a total of 3 hours I turned a frozen roast into a delicious falling off the bone meal. The bottom rack is sold seperately.
