    Parcel was delivered partially opened, but the items were in good condition, as they were in a separate bag. The items are as described and we were able to put them to good use. A+ seller, though more tape and packaging will help prevent broken items.

    Thank you for your order! I'm happy to hear it arrived intact, but I'm sorry about the issue with the tape. I try to be as eco-conscious as I can with my packaging, and recently switched to compostable tape. It's a little less strong than the plastic tape, so I had to adjust to that. Rest assured, all packages are now taped very well, and there haven't been any more shipment issues. Cheers, and enjoy the cricket set!

    Still one of the best

    I've had this remote for many years and recently purchased a second one for another TV setup. The remote fits my hands perfectly and it's very easy to learn the layout of the buttons and to locate individual buttons without looking at the remote. And there's always the "glow" button if you need lighted buttons. The buttons have excellent tactile feedback, and the IR signal is strong. The remote is easy to program with the desktop software. The only negative is one can get tripped up with the "PIC" and "SOUND" buttons if pressed my mistake. Doing so changes many button functions and can be tricky getting back to the desired activity. But overall, this has been my favorite remote for a long time.

    I just replaced this, having used the exact same one for many years still want it.

    I have just replaced this, having used the exact same remote for so many years I can't remember how many. I have replaced it more than once before. Still want this remote. Easy for ME to use, since I know it so well. Not that easy to newly program the thing the first time, but can be done. I have found after I get beyond 2 or 3 activities and devices, it begins to get complicated, and may screw up some of the settings (unless it was me). It might be best to delay any further devices and activities after the first 2 or 3, and then maybe it will work fine.

    Used for HTPC

    I bought this as a backup remote for our HTPC / DVR system. It's perfect for that application and since they aren't being made any more. Being oldschool, I like buttons, not menus & touch screens & it seems easier to use to others in my family as well. The easy on-line setup made programming it a breeze. The old one has survived over 5 years of use & abuse including a dunk into a glass of water (don't ask). It's still going strong with the exception of the finish wearing off the case. The buttons are all still perfect, even those used hundreds of times a day (skip forward past commercials).

    Works great , buttons & type are small.

    Great remote, previous one lasted almost 10 years. Got a new 650 i believe & didn`t work as well so I returned & had to search for my old model (discontinued ) Buttons & type are small , but works really well.

    Great Remote

    I’ve had one of these remotes for 10 yrs. and a couple of buttons started to stick so setting this one up was easy peasy….this remote was like new…well worth the purchase. Thanks so much to the rescue.
