  • no more pumping tires at gas stations

excellent product, easy to use. should have bought this years ago and save the time from putting air in busy gas stations. it is a bit loud and would be great if they can sound proof the casing. a bit pricey compared to other brands but I never tried them. I stick with Markita because the quality is great and I have so many batteries already.

  • Saves carrying an air tank

Have several other Makita 18V Battery tools, this one performs very well. It is a little slower than using a large compressor, needs a trigger lock so you don't have to hold it down manually, it shuts off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. Will be carrying this tool in the car trailer instead of the air tank, also in cars that don't have spares (Corvette). Well worth the price if you have Makita 18V battery tools already.

  • Makita Air Compressor 18 volt

Small Makita 18 volt air compressor simple to use settings work good but you have to use your finger to hold the tripper switch which is a bit of a pain as it is a very low volume pump with large volume tires or higher pressures. I added a velcro strap to hold the trigger on as it has an automatic off function when it reaches the max pressure you select on the digital display. Very hand hopefully it will last a long time as all my other Makita tools.

  • Thumbs up

Perfect tool for filling the airbag suspension bag on my truck, just takes a couple of seconds. I'm a Makita guy so I have plenty of batteries (though it doesn't take much power). I would highly recommend to anyone who has similar needs. A good tool to have in the arsenal....

  • Reliable and accurate

Used it twice a week all winter on leaky truck tire. Even at zero it did fine. Same battery all winter. Just got new tires but will keep it on the trunk. Great for adjusting all 4 tires to same pressure when weather changes. Set it at 33 and go around. Perfect every time.

  • Looking for long time

Great product, pressure can be setup, it stop when reach the serup pressure. Tips included to inflate ballons, balls, and slim bike tube. Light is always on when is powered thats is pretty cool for night conditions. Trigger may be a litter hard press for big tires.

  • New makita tool

I have been waiting for them to make this kind of air compressor for quite awhile now. It's compact, lightweight, and easy to use.

  • Just buy one you will like it.

I wish that i would have bought this years ago. It works great. I did make one small Mod to it though. You can squeeze the trigger And drill a 3/32 hole through the outer cover and trigger. This will let you stick the ball needle in it and you won't have to hold the trigger.
