I didn't want to pay postage and wanted to collect as it was going to be cheaper driving to the seller's location which is over an hour away from me. eBay would not allow either of us to remove the postage component so I paid for postage upon which the seller immediately credited the cost back to my account. He also arranged for collection at a halfway point as his partner had business there the following day. Exceptional help and service!
