I was offered 20% discount to keep the case, but the Nothing Phone 2's main feature are the Glyphs on the back. I went through the returns for item not as described and was sent a return's label, it was not through ebay's buyer protection. I called ebay to explain and was told the seller is not supposed to send a label like that and ebay processed the returns instead and now refunded.

Unfortunately what I received was a case with no cutouts so basically this was false advertising. I was refunded a measly 20% from the seller. Clearly a scam. Not recommended at all.

One of the protectors in the pack of two was cracked, I messaged the seller and they sent me another pack right away. Good quality screen protectors and good value for the pack of two. I recommend this seller, I would buy from them again.

Seller was excellent all the way through and I believe it was just a hiccup in the Royal Mail. Would I recommend this seller? - Definitely Would I buy again from this seller? - Absolutely!
