You could probably set up a phone in the main pouch as an admin set up. The bottom pouch is detachable. The larger mag pouches fit a radio. Seems to be made of polyester so you'll have to break it in a bit. Maybe a bit expensive, customs also dinged me like 15%.

Can confirm that the mag pouches can fit larger AK and AR magazines (we both have 40 round magazines for an AR and AK platform rifle). The straps also provide a snug fit :)
