    I was very impressed with the seller - the courier Evri allegedly tried to deliver (we were in) and sent the produce back to the seller. An apology and immediate refund came from the seller who acted very promptly and effectively. Such a shame the company was let down by the dishonesty of Evri who constantly pretend they have tried to deliver when it is clear they made no effort . Unfortunately no more noodles were available so I will have to look elsewhere. No problem at all with the seller

    Excellent item. Unfortunately the seller accidentally sent me the wrong size. I ordered 2...one this size and the larger size. Seller accidentally sent 2 of the larger size. They offered me 20 percent refund and i keep the ones they sent. I accepted. Very good service and very fast delivery.

    Though they said they don't ship to my country and refunded me, my country is still showing, as I write this, on their (international) list of countries they ship to despite telling me they only ship domestically. A simple (and easy) revising of the shipping list would be recommended (hint, hint, just saying). Despite this, I'm leaving them positive feedback.

    Not good.

    No luck with this product at all. We've had more flies than I can remember this summer so there's no shortage of clients, but they seem to avoid it. I actually saw one fly inside so I was hoping for success - but it flew around a bit then came out the other side. It would seem the electric bars are too far apart to be effective. Either they should be closer together or should be a wire mesh. It's been on pretty constantly for nearly a month now and so far....nothing. It also seems to get rather hot which is a little worrying, although that might just be something you have to put up with. If I could have selected no stars in the rating I would have done. Very disappointing.

    A useful little fly zapper

    A good little fly zapper, its working away nicely once you get the right position to attract the flies. The only down side is its not a standard size UV tube as far as i can tell, and its going to be difficult to find them at a good price when they need changing in 12 months time.

    Death to the Scottish Midge!!

    Excellent. Kills flies wasps and most importantly to us the dreaded Scottish Midge. We leave it on 24/7 and especially at night it clears out the midge. Mossies and moths are also doomed. We have to leave doors open for 2 old incontinent dogs and it's saving us so much itching and scratching. Worth every penny. Jane in the Scottish Highlands.

    A great product and easy to use.

    This is easy to use and set up. If I was to try and find a problem it would ne the power lead is a little bit short and could do with being a little bit longer but just use an extinction lead. This is a great product and does keep the fly's down with a nice little zap.

    Budget Price ,Industrial Quality

    Have previously owned small less effective items like this, but this is One Excellent Item. Compatible with ones we have seen in Industrial use. You Certainly know when it has done its job as there is clear evidence of this . Though roughly Recomend this to anyone .
