    At first I thought this was a little on the pricey side but then I realized, after communicating with the seller, that it also had an Excellent condition MileyWorld Secret Code Insert. The CDs appear flawless and the case and inserts are in truly excellent condition. The seller shipped very quickly and packaged the CD in a slim box that seems made for CDs, and then inside of a padded envelope. All told excellent quality, a responsive seller, great packaging and value for my needs. A++++++

    Classics never age

    Elton and Bernie at the top of their game with themes of loneliness, punkers, celebrity, and surprisingly, references to lesbianism (in the 70s!) and prostitution. All mixed into some of the best pop hooks ever created. And of course, that voice. Elton's unique phrasing and smooth tenor with its incredible range delivers on every song. Listening to Bennie and Harmony all these years later shows the staying power of great pop when the music (including Gus Dudgeon's shimmering production and string arrangements) and lyrics find the perfect match.

    SACD Goodbye Yellow Brick Road - Wonderful

    This is a review of the Super Audio CD (SACD) 30th anniversary version of the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album (the multichannel experience). I already had this one but recently, for no reason, the disk 1 stopped playing. I liked so much this version that after many months of searching I found this option. Most of SACD's from Elton John sound amazing, the clearness of each instument, the depth of the surround mix, it all combines to make an extraordinare experience, just imagine complementing that with the genious of "Funeral for a Friend", "Candle in the Wind", "Benny and the Jets" and "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road". Wonderful.

    Great Classic Album

    The case was a little beat up but the cd was fine. It was the first album I ever bought on vinyl probably 1973 or 1974. It is so nice to have to play in my car! I remember every word!
