On another note I am a collector as well as a user and this gentleman has one of the best, most complete selection of Soviet era items and military surplus of any seller I have seen on eBay, two thumbs way up and I will be sending friends this way!

The cardboard box it came in was very badly damaged in the centre, almost as if something had tried to bend it in the middle. It was a good job that the actual tripod was very well wrapped up by the seller. There does not appear to be any damage to the actual tripod. Net result - I took delivery of tripod that was superior in all respects to anything currently available in the West. I recommend this seller and will use him again
