I shipped a different item for FREE to her through Global Shipping (GS) due to shipping being so high (I paid). She asked for cheaper shipping & I am not allowed to go over the shipping weight that is on the listing when using GS. She sent me pics of the doll posed with her other dolls, there is no damage, the doll is perfect and beautiful. I guess I can't make everyone happy but I really do try my best.
