The wood became discolored after only 4 days in my shower; I've been using wood soap dishes for years and have never had this happen before. I messaged the seller asking if maybe this was a defective product and he replied that "white oak wood naturally grays over time." I would accept that as an answer if several months had passed but this was after just 4 days. I explained that to the seller and he stopped replying to me. Buyer shared a picture of a dark bar of soap with the soap dish in question. I also told buyer that I would send a replacement in a different wood type right away. I made up a special soap dish just for the buyer in another wood type and shipped it out right away...feedback was left after replacement was delivered.

My offer to send 8-12 ounces to replace this small amount was generous. Come to find out, his message was a typo, and he meant to say that "a cup of UNCONTAMINATED beans." As soon as I realized that his explanation was a typo, I immediately refunded and offered to resend a full 5 pounds for FREE. problem solved5 lbs Green Coffee - Tanzania peaberry - specialty grade green beans (Nr. 267073571774)
