Edit: Seller says it was a mistake. That the worker sent wrong item. Asked for a feedback revision. So here it is.

Incredibly fast shipping and great communication. Screen was bubble packed with cushioning on all sides. Brand new Dell screen is perfect. Took me about 10 mins to replace the cracked screen.
