Although a bit of plastic had come loose from shipping, I was able to re-align it without any issue. I don't blame the seller on that issue though; packaging was good enough for the product. I can't rate communication skills, since I just had nothing to complain about in the first place. And for $40 I can easily say "excellent value!"
