    Everything was great. The dvd was just as described/ pictured( brand new still sealed in shrink wrap). It was shipped fast. It was packaged very well in a sturdy bubble mailer and with a cardboard backpiece for extra protection during transportation ( which I appreciate very much that it wasn't just thrown in the bubble mailer) and it was a great value. Thank you very much for everything. Great seller. I would love to do business again

    I appreciated this very much. What was pictured was the widescreen version of this movie, instead the fullscreen version was sent by mistake. Seller is very fast at replying to messages where most sellers either ignore or don’t know how to reply. He also apologized and refunded me for the movie since it wasn’t the one pictured ans explained he is removing most all fullscreen DVDs. He let me know he didn’t actually have the widescreen of this movie as well. Excellent customer service!!!

    Action packed

    If you like movies about Triads or Mob movies this is a great flick for you. The story is well written and doesn't insult your intelligence like a lot of movies do. Lots of action also but since its an older movie it really has no "special effects" to speak of. The acting is great as are the characters and who was picked to play them. If this movie was made in black and white it would be in the Noir class of movie. Very hard boiled characters in many of the parts make it gritty also. Just a great movie. Very hard to find since its out of print. Then if you do find one they usually want over 20 bucks. I got extremely lucky and found a used one very cheap. This movie is NEVER played on TV or cable either

    Lung Nin

    I lived in San Francisco's Chinatown 20 years, and this movie is about New York's Chinatown, so I would naturally be interested.. The story of cops versus gangs is a good one. Mickey Rourke must fight corruption in the NYPD as well as Chinese gangs. His wife is killed by gangsters. He has lover who is a Chinese TV reporter. Ariane Koizumi is actually Japanese.

    Great Cult Classic !

    Mickey Rourke is truly engaging, believable and memorable. The storyline and cinematography and locations on shoot are so great that I will watch it again and again ! According to the director, he really did his homework and lived in and amongst these people before even writing the script . !

    gripping tense engaging

    engaging characters one a vietnam veteran turned cop, the other a ambitious power hungry ruthless mob leader ready to kill who stands in his way. the two come to a explosive ending.

    Great movie!

    Saw this movie in the theater and liked it. Something reminded me of it a few days ago; therefore, I purchased this used copy. Enjoyed it much more this time around. Some language is politically incorrect for today, but so what.
