The order arrived on time, but unfortunately damaged. Sent ebay pictures showing the damage, within 20 mins of the delivery and asked for a return/refund. The company I purchased it from were on the phone within 10 mins asking me to explain the problem and sent some more photo's and were happy to sort out a return and refund. Can't fault there customer service. We have purchased from them before and highly recommend them.

Invest in one for a goodnight sleep
Needed a pillow that would support my head and neck as have problems. It is helping, other types of pillow I cannot get on with. Very sensitive nose and can smell the foam or chemicals. Hoping with time that will go away. Despite that slight niggle would recommend a rejuvenated pillow for its very good price and quantity.

Pillow of dreams
This pillow is amazing! For the first few seconds after my head touched the pillow, I was disappointed as it was like lying on a slab of rock. But this quickly turned to joy, as my head sank into what can only be described as a cloud of goodness. This pillow is somehow both super soft and supportive at the same time, it seems to mould to the contours of your head/neck and offers great softness and support. However, be warned that it does have a rather nasty smell when it comes out the packaging (there seems to be a degassing stage which so far has lasted 4 days) at first the smell was too much and I couldn't use the pillow. After 2 days of letting it degas it has improved, but the smell is still noticeable - apparently this can take up to 2 weeks to fully dissipate so we shall wait and ... This pillow is amazing! A lovely pillow
I loved my previous feather pillow but developed an allergy to it. Since then I’ve searched for a pillow that gave comparable comfort without the allergens, with no luck, till now. The panda pillow is soft but supportive and the refurbished one I bought was good value and looks brand new. The only gripe is that it’s smaller than average pillows,so cases are too big. Not a problem as the Panda comes with a removable cover but I wish they sold spares separately for wash days. I loved my previous feather pillow but developed an allergy to it. Money wasted
I already have one Panda bamboo pillow that I purchased for my hubby. He loved it so I thought I may upgrade mine too. I ordered this one and it is nothing like my husband's pillow. This one is so soft that you may as well not have a pillow. It looks like original and I understand it is rejuvenated but come on, this is nowhere near to how brand new would feel like. FINALLY! Got me the right pillow.
Just like many others, i never get a chance to get a good pillow due to (i'll do it tomorrow answer). I started to get pains in my neck and minor headaches each morning so i need to start looking for a new pillow. I like my pillows to be just right, not soft, not hard, just right in the middle so i'm getting comfort sleeping on the side and back.. im not a front face sleeper. After doing some deep digging into pillows i cane across the Panda pillow and weighed out the pros and cons on some of its rivals. Literally the next day my neck pain was reduced by 50%.. after 2 weeks I'm good as gold again. My wife tried it and wants one too now, which i will be buying another few for family too.Just like many others, i never get a chance to get a good pillow due to (i'll do it tomorrow answer).
