Great “Meaty” Book
I borrowed this from the library and it was too meaty to not own my own copy. I don’t agree with everything in it but there is never a book that I totally agree with. I’m not done with it but have enjoyed the authors style of writing and the stories. I’m learning a lot.

Should be required reading before you reach 18 years old!
The way the 83 (?) feelings/emotions are explained and compared makes so much sense. The research cited is compelling. This is a book I will refer to and reread over and over again. I’ve already shared my thoughts on it with my family, friends , and even my fitness trainer. Easy to read and understand, too!

Amazing Book!
I thought this book was going to read like some textbook. But I was so amazed at how relevant it is for people who grew up in families where nothing was normalized. So needed to read this.
