Despite 3 emails to the seller (copies kept) there has been zero response. This is from a seller who state that they are able to advise and offer a 12 month warranty. I have remidied the situation but with additional expence by buying a replacement remote - from a different seller as I cannot recommend this one.

The player works like new and is very smooth. I would still recommend this seller to buy from.
