Seller confirmed with me that it was unopened. Upon receiving this item in the mail and opening up the packaging; there was powder around the rim under the lid, and then when I opened it up the protein powder “seal” was stuck to the lid. I messaged the seller and he never responded back to me about this concern or even offer a partial refund for listing it as NEW when in fact it was already opened.

I have started a return for a full refund. personally, I would never trust anything this seller is selling.
