  • Fantastic Art coupled with a good (but not great) story makes this a good buy!

Fantastic art, but story is just good not great. The Scarecrow at his darkest, the Dark Knight at his lowest. A Scarecrow origin story that is pretty scary and I have never seen Batman drawn so marvellously grim. Just buy it for David Finch's art -- its worth it! Hurwitz's writing is much better than the first 6 issues of this better, but while the story is good its isn't Year Zero good or Batman RIP interesting.
