The communications from the Seller were really good and they did a lot to try and locate the missing chair. I ordered these items and they arrived without the pads, the parts are new in unsealed packaging which is great, the communication was excellent, however without the pads the discs are just an ornament in my garage. Another week on public transport until I get a chance to fit these at the weekend. To confirm this would have been a neutral review if the option was available.
