The "return" the seller offers is to ship the item back to China at your own expense and therefore having to deal with international shipping and customs declarations yourself. If I wanted that experience, I'd buy on aliexpress and save a lot. I got the item refunded under eBay's money back guarantee, though that means eBay covered the cost of the refund.
