    Ah, the sun causes global warming... well, at least the shower water

    This solar shower is well made and functions as it should. It is a heavier plastic than some solar showers so I expect it will be more durable. One thing I particularly like about this shower is that the valve is near the spray head so you don't have to fumble trying to find it. It also allows you to hang the bag higher so that you can easily stand under it and still turn the valve off. I use the shower while canoe camping and it works great. Here are a couple suggestions that I think make it work better. First I put a couple towels under it when I lay it on the beach to heat up. It insulates it from the ground so it heats up faster. Secondly, I found that I never used anywhere near all of the 5gal of water when taking a shower. If you put less water in the shower it heats up much more ...

    Full 5 minute hot shower. I take on missions trips where there is no hot water.

    This is a good quality solar shower that will run wide open for about five minutes. If you lather up and use it to rinse there is more than enough hot water. I live in Florida and it heats up in 2 hours to about 105 degrees. I take two of these to Haiti where we have no hot water. A little luxury after a hot day. There is a dowel that holds the top of the bag level and keeps it from sagging. They are light weight - probably 10-12 ounces each and they pack easily. I used one on a sailboat many years ago up North it didn't seem to heat up near as well (of course).

    This product is flimsy and not made very well. The hoses fall off when you're trying to take a shower and the water pressure is terrible.

    The item sent to me was not the same item in the picture. The shut off valve for the shower bag was supposed to be at the end of the water line next to the shower head. Instead it is located at the top of the line where you will need to climb up and down a ladder to turn it off and on. When attempting to use the shower bag the water pressure was terrible and the hoses kept falling off.

    Best solar shower

    This is the best quality in solar shower I have found, good construction , the vinyl material is stronger then most other showers I have purchaced, the tube for hanging runs all the way across this makes it easier to hang, exellent shower.
