The package clearly says glass product handle with care on the front of it and the guy has thrown it over my back gate and damaged the box and put a small crack in the bottom of each glass. Received tracking info and nothing happened for 4 days, no parcel in the system still awaiting to be received by the courier. Chased it up and then all of a sudden the parcel appeared in the system, obviously not sent in the first place. Received it a few days later. Good product, shame about the messing about.
