I had not realised that her whining did not sound like a bark so the item does not work on her in that situation but if she does bark when it’s on, she stops. She is a very stubborn dog though. I’m hoping that she either grows out of separation anxiety noises, or learns to bark instead, then the device will work on her. I’m not disappointed with the control .

I live with 2 sausage dogs either side, a little Brown mutt and wheezy pug down the back, and a big deep woofer of my own. It's less than one week in and almost bark free already. It is worth the money. If you are frustrated by your neighbour dogs or trying to stop your own hooligan - do it!
