Cute Countdown Lego Set
When I purchased this I was under the impression that it was an Advent Countdown Calendar. However, considering the reasonable price , it is still a really good set. (I purchased a 99 cent chocolate filled Advent Calendar in addition to this to balance it out a bit. )The two instructional booklets are easy to follow. The only down side is that you can only build one or two of the characters/ props at a time. After my daughter builds these she takes a picture to "save" it that way. Even though I wasn't exactly sure what the set would consist of I am happy with this purchase. It can be reused every year and the pieces make a great addition to any Lego collection.

LEGO Christmas set
Adults as well as children love to play with LEGO. My Granddaughter loves to play with LLEGO's with her Boyfriend. I bought this for their Christmas.

Not an Advent Calendar
Was sold as an advent calendar. It’s not. It’s a box with 2 books that shows 24 different things to build with the same pieces. Good idea, but not for kids that like to keep their creations together. Would be nice if it had more pieces so they could keep some things together. At least it came with the part separator tool.

Not what I was expecting
This item was titled as an advent calendar with no description of the item to tell you anything about it. There was no calendar included, and unlike other advent calendars (specifically what I was actually expecting) you don't get people or anything just a couple booklets and a few legos to build 24 different christmas things. This is not gonna make a little one new to legos, who was expecting people, happy.

Boys said it is "lame."
It isn't anything like a typical Lego Advent Calendar which would have 25 different things you build. This one lets you build something for 25 days, but then you have to destroy it to use those same pieces the next day.

Fun!
This is a fun build. Just an FYI, you cannot make the 24 items all at one time -- you have to make one and then re-use the parts to make a second item.

Christmas Lego
We were disappointed that you couldn't make one for each day until Christmas without taking some apart. Kind of defeats the purpose. But in their defense the box does state that fact. Our grandson still plays with them and makes his own creations.

Did not enjoy
Lego #4022 24 in 1. Did not enjoy at all. Purchased for my 4 year old 5th birthday. She did not enjoy that you could only build 2 or 3 then had to take those apart to build a couple more. I ,not having a lot of experience with small lego's did not realize 24 in 1 meant parts would only build 1 at a time. Buying on line the tiny letters in the right hand top where impossible to read. They are the one's that let you know all could not be built at the same time. I will know in the future that if it's ?? in 1 then it will only build one at a time and a bad purchase.

not an advent calender
there are 12 packages of legos but i wanted 24 packages so they could open one gift a day not reuse the same gift to make a different toy
