The problem I had was that they shipped it to the wrong address. The tracking page had the correct address but the package was delivered to another town 18 miles away. I contacted the shipper and they asked for 48 to 72 hrs to investigate. that was the last time I got any response from them. I then contacted the shipper they stated that it was delivered to the address on the package by $148

After I thought I had bought a much needed part, the package was dropped off with no postage, so I tried to contact the seller but as you can see no matter what I asked I was given the same answer! Nothing can ship without stamps or prepaid labeling, EBay said well we can’t do anything because of the estimated arrival date, which as you can see on the tracking photos I added it does not say anything about an arrival, just delayed due to no postage
