    Finally it gets a release!

    Viper is a show from the mid 90's, the original run was from 1994 - 1999. Despite being a fairly popular show, there was never a physical release on home video. Nearly 20 years after the final episode aired, VEI has released a complete collection package including all 4 seasons of the show. For anyone who hasn't seen the show, it bears a resemblance to Knight Rider without a talking car. There don't seem to be any on disc special features included.

    Good ole 90's TV

    I loved this show as a kid and I'm glad the show got 3 more seasons after originally being canceled. The quality of the video and audio is crisp for the era it was aired in. At first I was a little disappointed that it wasn't in HD, but it's genuinely nice to see it in the original format, and better than if it was being aired on TV. If you enjoy 90's TV shows, you'll enjoy this, I would even argue that the Idea of vigilantly team shows like Arrow and The Flash started with shows like this one.

    Great car culture tv show

    Great tv show for car enthusiasts. A 1990's period piece of car culture and science fiction perfect for family entertainment and car buff. The star of the show is the cool Dodge Viper. It secretly transforms into "Defender" mode to pursue and capture bad guys and their cars among a host of other special functions to fight crime. It's Airwolf on wheels. The only drawback of the show is the wimpy lead man actor portraying Joe Aster. He was replaced with a more suitable leading man, but Astor returned again toward the end of the show's production. Other than that, it is a very entertaining show with good plots, great supporting and guest actors, cool set designs, action, cars of all types, and a futuristic theme.

    A darker and 90s version of Knight Rider

    A good series. Kind of a 90s version of Knight Rider, but darker. Seasons two and three were better than season one and season four is kind of a tossup. Personally though, I never liked the character Frankie. Hearing " Can I tell you something" over and over and over again was becoming extremely annoying, and the character really didn't contribute too much to the series.
