He lectured me about how he has a business, insisted item is new & sealed, told me he'd get back to me today but hasn't. I asked ebay to step in. So I offered to write "return to sender" on the package and hand it to my mailman instead to send it back but you said NO. You send garbage to people and then cause more problems for them.
